Deputy Service Manager (m/f/d) – Rechberg 1837

For nearly ten years, we have been creating a unique dining experience using exclusively local products. Working closely with sustainable, regional producers and consistently avoiding artificial ingredients, we develop a rotating menu that reinterprets local cuisine. Thanks to a strong network of Swiss wineries, we offer exceptional wine pairings.

Awarded 15 Gault & Millau points and a Michelin Green Star, we, as a close-knit and ambitious team, continue to pursue ambitious goals. To achieve this, we are seeking a creative, positive, guest-focused, and passionate individual who will actively shape the guest experience and contribute to the further development of our establishment.

Your responsibilities:

- Independent service during evening hours with station responsibility
- Authentic storytelling about our cuisine, products, and wines
- Close collaboration within the small service team and with the kitchen

- Support in training and mentoring apprentices and temporary staff
- With interest and suitability: Taking on additional responsibilities

Your profile:
- A passion for service and relevant professional experience; Completed vocational training as a restaurant specialist (EFZ) is an advantage

- Interest in wine, especially Swiss wines
- Enthusiasm for regional, organic, and seasonal products
- Strong guest and service orientation, a sense of sustainability, and an eye for detail
- Independent, structured, and meticulous work ethic
- Team player, committed, and responsible
- German language skills are an advantage
