Skip the middleman – Alain Schwarzenbach & Patrick Adank in Rechberg 1837

Mira and Flavia are really hitting their stride in the kitchen of Rechberg 1837: their menu skillfully and incredibly elegantly showcases the Swiss product landscape. It's high time to let these creations dance with the masters of Swiss wine.
We are delighted to welcome Alain Schwarzenbach and Patrick Adank to Rechberg 1837 on April 9th. These two winemakers are emblematic of the significant leap in quality that the Swiss wine scene has experienced in the last 15 years.
Patrick Adank from the Adank winery in Fläsch (Bündner Herrschaft) and Alain Schwarzenbach from Schwarzenbach Wines in Meilen (Lake Zurich) will accompany Mira and Flavia's dishes with their finest wines. Together with our sommelier Linus, they will create the wine pairings, pour the wines, share background information and stories about their wines, and are happy to chat.
An evening for everyone who wants to not only drink wine, but understand and experience it.
